The Las Vegas NHL expansion franchise to be named later won’t lace them up until 2017-18 at the earliest. That makes any and all news about the 17-18 season relevant to those of us pumped to watch our boys (who will be chosen later) take the ice.

We now know that the beautiful sweaters that will become the first ever in a professional sports league to say Las Vegas will also don the three stripes.
I’m already on Adidas’ spam email list waiting for the day they release the Vegas uni.
But there’s one other piece of info that came out that’s also significant about jerseys. This courtesy of everyone’s favorite Wyshynski, Greg Wyshynski’s Twitter.

Thank goodness, cause I was terrified that this was going to be on the front of our jerseys.
