ST. LOUIS BLUES 4 VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS 1 (8-11-1 17 PTS)

The Golden Knights used a breakaway from William Carrier to take the lead early in the 1st. But, they turned around and gave it right back within a minute and then completely fell apart. Four straight St. Louis goals sunk the Golden Knights in an all too familiar fashion.

They made the Blues look like world class cup contenders tonight, not the 2nd to last place in the league club that they are. Seriously, we were 2 to 3 steps behind pucks. When we got it, they were indecisive and sloppy. Our defensemen absolutely refuse to put a body on anyone to take out a forward out of the play. Stick waving and then letting forwards skate around to pass shoot and pass some more is absolutely killing this team.
