The Golden Knights wasted no time to win this game scoring :14 second in and then three more times in the 1st period. William Karlsson recorded the fastest goal in team history. Max Pacioretty got on the board twice and Colin Miller added a goal for the second straight game. Things got a bit chippy in the 2nd as both Evander Kane and Pete DeBoer were ejected from the game. Alex Tuch added the sixth goal of the game in the 3rd. Marc-Andre Fleury recorded his fourth shutout in his last five home games and his league-leading fifth of the season.

This win will move the Golden Knights to 25 points in 25 games. The last time they've been at 1 point per game was on November 3rd. They have never been above a point per game this season. VGK next play at Chicago on Tuesday.

The Sharks have been to T-Mobile Arena 7 times.
They've allowed at least 3 goals in all 7
They've allowed at least 5 goals 4 times
They are 1-5-1 (and the one win was after a disallowed OT VGK goal)They've also pulled their goalie in 3 of the 7… and this is not one of them.

I've officially decided after being chirped incessantly the last few days.
Due to my enormous impact on the performances of Max Pacioretty and Reilly Smith and for personally waking them up, I would like to sincerely say to every Golden Knights fan… You are all very welcome! pic.twitter.com/qZCTDP5EoZ

THAT is where we want to see Pacioretty. He's absolutely deafly from the slot on the PP. 2 chances, he buries the 2nd one. VGK on fire early!!! 3-0

Vic
Did everyone notice how well the 6 D-men cleared the zone and made excellent transition passes? There will always be a few flubs, but tonight the transitional game was what we dream about. There were very few cross ice/open net chances for SJ. Our forwards were also very sharp with their passes leading to endless grade A chances. We could have had 12 tonight. The hitting was excellent and Carrier and Reaves look like bulls loose at the rodeo. Nate the Great is healing the illness very quickly.

Engelland made the save of the game, though flower was spectacular throughout. Patches came through showing why we got him, with a healthy Tuch and Pacioretty they look great paired up. Blue line looks much much better at home. They close in on the puck carrier and take the body removing the forwards from making a future play. Good job knights
