This one was over quickly as the Golden Knights scored five goals in the 1st period. Mark Stone got on the board for his first Vegas goal. Alex Tuch scored with his visor, Tomas Nosek on a tip, Paul Stastny through the five-hole, and Eakin banked one off a Canuck. Vancouver scored a couple but the game was never in doubt after the first 20.
