It’s been a while since the Golden Knights jumped all over a team, but they certainly did that in Carolina. Three 1st period goals gave Vegas a lead they would not relinquish. Scott Darling became the sixth goalie to be pulled against the Golden Knights and the third to be yanked in the 1st period. The win gives the Golden Knights the best record in the NHL exactly a week before the All Star break.
