Stanley Cup prediction Vegas Golden Knights and Tampa Bay Lightning
Emmanuel
Lighting have been skulking around the Cup the last few years but the East is brutal!
Doug MacLeod
Thanks Ken
I will now be happy to enjoy some discourse with other fans.
George
Thank You! Ken.

I love it! Now let’s talk hockey!
Interesting how the EA Sports NHL ’26 sim has VGK vs. NYR in the final, with the Knights taking the Cup.
NYR? Wow, really? If true, and the Rangers make it to the final, then last season was a heck of a fluke.
I’ve seen A LOT of folks picking Vegas for the Cup. Please don’t be a jinx!

Getting rumblings here in minny That Panarin plays out his contract and signs in Minnesota to play with his buddykirill

KEN, a question for you. Can I still refer to the team from Edmonton as the $&)($@ oilers??
Henderson One
Question is…will they be enforced?
NVenvy01
Excellent decision. I enjoy a lot of the comments in the reply section whether they agreed or disagreed with the Article. But some took it way too far .. keep up the great website

@Henderson One – I’m hoping Ken will moderate the comment section and enforce the rules himself. Other websites (both hockey and non-hockey) are able to have clean, respectful comment sections, so fingers crossed this one will, too!
Ken Boehlke
I am planning on moderating it myself. If you see one I missed, feel free to DM me on social media to let me know.
NAM
Please remind me which other sites have clean and respectful comments sections? I belong to about 100 different social media forums for hockey, football, firearms, dodge trucks, fishing, hunting, bowling, a couple for the town I live in, the town i used to live in, etc etc. Everyone of them has issues with respect. People do not respect each other any more, in life, but especially behind a keyboard. This site just needs to kick off the couple of trouble makers (aka trolls) otherwise it is the same “respect” level as all other social media forums.

Thank You! I truley felt concerned for peoples mental health the past few years. Glad to be just talking hockey!

Thanks Ken, that’s great news I’m really looking forward to the new format.

Welcome news. Long overdue.

Didn’t think I would live to see this! Thank you Ken! Now p lease enforce it. This place can and will be one of the best hockey sites around!

Policing a comments section is always a slippery slope. Absolutely this site is fucked when it comes to the level of trash posted here, usually though, it’s by one or two people. Something should have been done years ago. However, though, I know one of the people I am referring to has multiple names/accounts. So if this site doesn’t change how users are or are not authenticated then what is the point? You ban him and he will be someone else the next day doing the same shit. So policing just becomes a full time job for someone and posters will whine constantly about it one way or another, but welcome to every sports forum on the planet. I wonder how many words this is? Ha!

We will finaly have a hockey site, It took too long to get it but now people won’t be driven off by irrelevant garbage.
I might even start posting again after several years.

I know people that are now telling me they will be back if this policy holds true!
Pistol Pete
Thank you Ken!

Ken, you have finally delivered on your promise, so thank you for that. And from the sound of the other replies, this is the one policy in this country that everyone can agree with. Cheers to you, mate!

Making this topic a sticky up top for at least a while would be a good reminder.
It isn’t going to prevent the troll(s) but would show returnees and newbs that this site is now all sticks&pucks (Hockey Business)
