Nic Roy and Keegan Kolesar are traveling with the team on this upcoming trip. Unclear on when they'll get back into the lineup.
Quick, Thompson, and Brossoit are the three goalies going as well. Cassidy said he wasn't sure if all three would get a game or not.

You continue to do these podcasts and as usual no comments. On a good day your podcast may have 5 comments. When you have an interesting post we light up the comments sometimes from 50 to 100 or more comments. Obviously not many fans are listening or it would make sense that there would be comments about the podcast. I don’t get it I guess you just like to practice your radio time which from the one podcast I listened to you need some work. Ken you do much better and it’s much more interesting when you get a good topic to write about and it creates a buzz.

well the NHL draft day one is over and it was a JOKE . BETTMAN is by the worst league commissioner of them all. HE was viciously BOOED throughout the ceremony. The guy is a clown. First he botched FRENCH, it was so bad I felt sorry for the guy. Then he butted in almost every time like he had to be center of attention. He is driving the sick and twisted WOKE agenda of NHL. Along with ESPN who also did a terrible job. The woman “expert” was obviously reading from a script, and did so very , very poorly. NOT QUALIFIED. She picked a Russian player, who hadn’t played in a long time, drafted half way through as “best player” in draft. COME ON !! The only one who was right, half the time was Kevin Weeks.
On the Russian players available. Emily Kaplan of ESPN is a complete joke, she needs a complete make over. She looked like a sausage that couldn’t fit into link. She was one who called RL knee injury that didn’t happen. The GM were laughing at her. Bill Guerin of WILD specifically. What a joke, woke has become. Anyone with a brain can see it.
Bettman gets an F on how he’s handling Putin and Russian players. Two so far are back in Russian and going into military. One of them is star for the WILD. If Bettman has an cajones he would ban all Russian players from going back to Russia. Putin has a military shortage, he’s grabbing up all available people, left and right. I am not a big fan of Russian players , or Russians in general. They are all cowards for not speaking up against Putin. If Americans acted this way we’d all be still part of England , and speaking German.
Time to step up Bettman, but he won’t. USEFUL Woke pOS.

Matyas Sapovaliv C, Vegas Golden Knights
The Vegas Golden Knights have selected Matyas Sapovaliv with the 48th pick in the 2022 NHL Draft.
This was the Golden Knights first selection in the draft after trading their first pick to Buffalo in the Jack Eichel deal. Sapovaliv compiled 18 goals and 52 points in 68 games for Saginaw during his rookie season in the OHL. He ranked fourth among first-year players in scoring. Sapovaliv also represented Czechia at the U18 World Juniors and he chipped in three points across six outings. The 18-year-old forward already has plenty of size, at 6-foot-3 and 183 pounds, which uses to his advantage to win battles. Sapovaliv plays a solid two-way game despite not being the strongest skater. His hockey IQ and playmaking skills make him a power-play threat. He needs to work on his skating, especially when it comes to agility and explosiveness, but could become a dependable middle-six forward at the NHL level.
