Logan Thompson battles in his blue paint. His compete level is always where it needs to be.

  3. Vic

LOL THG….One hour time limit. Thompson reminded me of Emile The Cat Francis who recently passed away.

Mandatory film watching for the VGK…..Boston taking apart the AVs today (2/21) with 5 goals on 45 shots. Relentless shots at Kuemper from every angle. AVs looked very ordinary for a change. Both of these teams coming to Vegas soon. Nice test with the Yotes and Sharks in the mix as a counter balance. Time to turn it on.

    • THE hockey GOD

      oh oh
I wouldn’t want to be playing AVs
      in their next game !

it’s going to be brutal !

Emile the cat was a small goalie, 5 ft 7 and 155 pounds, logan thompson is almost twice as tall – well 6 ft 4 and , and more weight by 50 pounds. Pray tell, what was the comparison ?

  4. Vic

Just a small tribute to Emile Francis as Logan moves like a cat. If I would have said MAF, I would have triggered your alarm bells. I’ll let other people do that.

      @Vic
Again LT is not MAF, different playing styles. Just because he did one poke
check doesn’t mean his style is same. His frame is much bigger, his playing style
      completely different.

I stood with MAF when they traded for RL
I stood with MAF when he was goalie for VGK in Finals against Caps
I stood with MAF when he was goalie for VGK in semi Finals against SHARKS (and he blew a three goal lead in waning minutes of that game)
But when he back stabbed the team and started complaining for not playing when RL was getting the starts; showing that he was not team player.
When he flubbed the series against Montreal.
When he messed up the trade negotiations his last weeks with the VGK
      diminishing his trade value.

That outed him clearly as the farce of franchise.

The seven million dollar man, was a bust. He didn’t get the job done. He complained and stabbed the team, the fans, the franchise in the back. He cost the franchise
more than a SC. He hurt the team on purpose with his purely evil
      actions.

LT is not comparable to MAF the farce of franchise. Not even close.

  5. Can I find the longer version on spotify? Cause it pretty short here LOLLL.

  6. Vic

THG…You took the bait. The kid bounced around the other night and looked a bit like other goalies. I hope he pans out. As for MAF, I don’t read your MAF comments (but I love all of your other comments and style). No need for me to defend MAF. All I’ll say on the topic is the VGK has a goalie that will be lucky to get out of bed without help at age 36.

    • THE hockey GOD

@vic, I would like to see “the kid” play a real NHL team.

Like someone said, he’s a rookie and rookie will make…errr….rookie
mistakes. It doesn’t take much to talk about the seven millions dollar
farce of franchise. He disappointed me and real hockey fans. Don’t look at what he says, his actions speak louder than words.

  7. Vic

THG…We’ll agree to disagree about you know who. Your political analysis (and lots of other stuff) keeps you high on a pedestal.
