Organization Now Accepting Employment Applications

Aside from the team name, job opportunities are seemingly the second most followed aspect of the new Las Vegas NHL organization.

Well, for the first time officially, they’ve now got a place for you to send those applications to and know they will wind up in the right place.

Openings are expected to include positions on the sales staff, marketing team, business and finance departments, and probably the largest staff to be made up of Las Vegas locals, the ticket sales department.

Please don’t be that guy and send in an application applying to be the head coach or GM, it makes us all look like idiots… unless you are Jason Botterill.

Jason, please send your resume to now. Thank you.

Love your site (and the insight it provides).
Disappointed in VGK lack of job listings for the balance of available positions.
    No updates to
Generally just sitting on a block of ice, waiting for details (pun intended).
    Keep up the great work!

    • Don’t give up on the employment stuff. Believe me, they are constantly looking. One thing I will recommend is to market yourself for the job in different ways. Don’t just sit back and wait for them to take an application and hire someone that way, it’s not how they’ve been operating. They are all about time and place, be there at the right time, and be in the right place. I know that’s kind of garbage advice because it’s super vague, but there are still many jobs to be had, and the number of people who got them thru submitting a resume pales in comparison to those who deserved the job. Anything I can do to help, I’d love to do it, just let me know.

Thanks for the kind words about the site, we love doing it and we love being the go to place for VGK fans.

Appreciate your prompt reply, Ken. And happy belated New Year’s wishes to you.
I agree, it’s all about timing . . . and connections . . . and “creative” pursuit of the job.
As an art director and production manager working/living in Los Angeles,
I consistently rely on SinBin to keep the stream of VGK information coming.
My spouse and I attended the logo unveiling on Toshiba Plaza, it was great fun!
The excitement is certainly palpable. The future holds great promise for NHL in LV.
And needless to say, many (including myself) hope to be part of the team that works in support of this fledgling organization.
Any clues on which local advertising agency might handle the team’s business?
