Jack Dugan has agreed to sign an entry level contract with the Vegas Golden Knights.
The deal will likely be signed for the 2020-21 season.

Dugan will have a 2 year ELC that will expire at the end of 2021-22.
He will be an RFA (likely with arbitration rights) when this contract expires.

He will NOT be eligible to play if this season resumes unless the team moves the contract up a year.
If they do that, his contract would end following the 2020-21 season. This is unlikely considering the announcement today that he "agreed to terms" rather than signed.

The kid obviously has a lot of talent. If it translates to the pro game, then we should enjoy some good times in future with him.

When will the hockey ring be open for practice? Is the weight room and trainers available right now for the team? I see players cars There almost every day! I have been going to the hockey ring for three years!
