here, reporting on latest news in the SPORTS WORLD
Last nite in World Series the NL team was Philadelphia Cream Cheesed 5- 0 as the Astros used four pitchers to combine for a no hitter !
Prior to last night’s game there have only been two no-hitters in postseason history: Larsen’s perfect game in the 1956 World Series and Roy Halladay’s no-hitter in Game 1 of the 2010 NLDS. After the game, the woke commissioner of Baseball Rob woMANFRED announced “due to the profusive number of no hitters in World Series play I have asked the rules committee to look into changing the rules during a world series to increase the balls to 5 and strikes to 4 if there is a no hitter after six innings. Also, each pitcher used after the 7th inning, only by the team with the no hitter going, can only pitch to one batter before being replaced by another pitcher. This, hopefully will cut down on the number of no hitters in World Series play”.

PS knights at 4 pm, in Ottawa, which is the capital of Canada. Odd they are called Senators, but not Capitols. Wait, then there would be two teams called the CAPS. Wouldn’t be first time a Canadian based league had two teams with same nick name. Remember the old Ottawa Rough Riders ? ( now redbacks, what ever that is), had to change their name because the Because the Saskatchewan Roughriders enforced their trademark on the Rough Riders name . ( I will have to say the Calgary Stampeders is my favorite CFL nick name, least Montreal Alouettes )
