I like GI because of McKenna’s views. I don’t think Ken understands the dynamics of FO and player decisions nearly as well as Mike does. His views on goalies and the position are really valuable and interesting.
They never discussed Covid until the guest came on and made that the topic of discussion. And they normally don’t, other than to discuss the impact to the sport (carrying 3 goalies, need for taxi squad, etc). Other PCs like DFO, 32 Thoughts, The Athletic, Kouleas+Button on SXMNHL, discuss all teams. GI is good because it’s focused on Vegas.
