The SinBin Prospect Rankings have been updated.
New #1 at both skater and goalie. And a 2021 Draft pick is up to #4.
All 25 skaters and 5 goalies in the VGK system are ranked. https://sinbin.vegas/golden-knights-prospect-rankings-august-16th-2022/
It's not just San Jose Bruce Cassidy's teams have dominated, it's most of the Pacific Division. https://sinbin.vegas/bruce-cassidys-record-in-the-pacific-division-nearly-as-good-as-vgks/
Fun Fact: As head coach of the Bruins, Bruce Cassidy never lost to the San Jose Sharks. His BOS teams went 9-0-0 against SJS and outscored the Sharks 35-17.
Published this last week but it got caught up in the injury news.
Mark Stone has elite numbers when playing with Max Pacioretty, but when 61 plays without 67, he's been a below average player for VGK.
Cassidy must find a new match for the captain. https://sinbin.vegas/finding-mark-a-new-max/

Great value!! Perfect for a 2nd pairing offensive d-man!!

Good to see one of these completed. Colin Miller is a solid and at times underrated D-Man and nice he is tied up at a reasonable term and AAV.
I’m still a tad puzzled why Nosek and Carrier are not signed yet. I thought those two contracts should be straight forward. Then, even though he is RFA I thought Theodore might be a tad trickier but should be done fairly quickly since he is RFA.
Of course the big question mark is Karlsson. I expect that will get right to the deadline for the arbitrator hearing to get tied up.

Great signing. Colin Miller is younger and at least of similar quality as Ian Cole or Calvin DeHann. On the open market Miller would land $1-2M AAV more than what he got here. Quite pleased.
